Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Knowledge of customer service and ability to provide general clerical services to center staff i.e.: copying, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing reports, correspondence, and mailings
  • Knowledge of basic filing, photocopying, inventory methods and procedures
  • Distribute newsletters, documents, and brochures
  • Enter data into central computer database, update files, and assist in recording/record keeping
  • Greet the public, answer phones, receive and store inventory, run errands, purchase supplies
  • Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
  • Ability to multi task, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
  • Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices
Qualifications
  • Required
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • One or more years clerical experience
    • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
    • Must pass physical examination
    • Must pass background checks (State and H&W), including state day care clearance
    • Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
    • Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Preferred
    • Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
