Training and Education for the Administrator role:
They provide full training. Additionally, in conjunction with their jobs, the Pension Administrators are financially supported to study for and take Chartered Insurance Institute exams to gain professional qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Services. In addition, in-house training is regularly scheduled, while staff mentors provide training and guidance daily.
Progression for the Administrator role:
The role pays 20,000 to start, increasing to 21,500 on passing probation at 6 months and 23,000 at 12 months. If you perform well in the role you can expect your salary and responsibilities to increase quickly. Salaries are not capped and are based on knowledge and performance.

Person Specification for the Administrator role:
Bright College or Sixth form leavers seeking a career rather than the University route
C's or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics
Bright, conscientious, and eager to learn
Some experience of working in a professional office environment
