Senior Management Consultant - Associate Partner - Retail or Corporate Banking

London Based

Base salary circa £145k plus car allowance, 30% bonus and additional benefits

Keys Skills: Consultancy, Business Transformation, Regulatory Change Management, Digital Transformation programs, spanning Digital Strategy, customer journey design and Agile/DevOps way of working, Lending, Mortgages, Core Banking, Channels, Digital Banking, Payments, Credit Cards, and including a good understanding of industry drivers, business processes, regulations, challenges, and market trends.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a London based Consultancy client who are looking to expand their delivery teams in the Financial Services and Retail Banking sector to widen the offering they have to both new and existing clients. They seek a strong business savvy candidate who can offer experience in the delivery and advisory ability in the fields of Business-IT transformation and/or regulatory change

This role requires you to be a trusted advisor at board level (CXO/CIO) to a large portfolio of accounts and major technology bids pre and post contract completion, with the ability to define, shape and deliver clients IT strategies. You will be expected to lead the design and delivery of solutions and advisory engagements with end clients, and lead the development of all value offerings. This is a consultancy role so you will be expected to support sales within the FS Sector, as well as contributing to the creation of client proposals for consulting and/or transformation engagements.

In return the client will offer a starting base salary of circa £145k plus additional benefits such as a car allowance, 30% annual bonus (Paid in full in recent years), Company Pension and Healthcare.
