Community and CRM Manager - Community Social Platform



Salt have partnered with an innovative community building social platform that partners with major brands in fashion, beauty, and entertainment and more.

You will be the go-to person for creating highly engaged communities for the brands through innovative content and rich conversation.

The Role:

- Responsible for all developing the communication from the client to the community.

- Responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining new customers onto the platform.

- Ensure customers are active and returning to the platform.

- Oversee the budget for recruitment of new customers.

- Keep on top of trends and advise on how best to evolve and enrich the platform.

- Strive to ensure the community and customers are happy and satisfied with the platform.

- Report and analyse data and feed back to senior members of the team.

The Person:

- Experience in digital marketing/community management ideally within FMCG.

- Proven ability with customer acquisition, engagement and retainment.

- A confident communicator and team player.

- Highly numerate and loves looking at the data!
