Customer Service Administrator

9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday with 45 minute break (37.5 hours)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of products and accessories are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Administratorto join their team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide an end to end service from taking service requests from customers to co-ordinating the activities of the engineers, contractors and other personnel. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator.

Customer Service AdministratorKey Responsibilities

  • To write and respond to, routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from Service customers in a timely manner;
  • To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
  • Manage the company's liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless contract delivery process to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Organising cover for service whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the work force and prioritising of the Engineers' schedules
  • Ensure invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised
  • Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records
  • Assisting the other members of the Service team when needed
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the service office

Customer Service AdministratorSkills and Qualifications

  • Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience
  • Enthusiastic and a good team player
  • Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
  • Good customer service skills
