An exciting new opportunity for an experienced consultant to join a well-established construction consultancy. To be considered for this Director role you will have:
- BSc/BEng in Sustainability/Environmental/Surveying/Building Services Disciplines or Similar
- Extensive experience within Energy & Sustainability sector
- Qualifications, including but not limited to; BREEAM, ESOS, NDEA, Low Carbon Consultant and Public Buildings Energy Assessor
- Successfully lead decarbonisation projects
- Brilliant communication skills and time management
- Management experience (Desirable)
Working as a Director you will:
- Develop strategies for Net Zero Carbon and building certification
- Manage and support junior members of the team
- Support with BREEAM/SKA, lifecycle cost, carbon analysis, and the analysis of net zero paths on public sector construction projects
- Support all areas of energy compliance (ESOS, SECR, EPCs, DEC)
- Win & manage projects
- Support with business development and possess market awareness
