Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (Any UK base - Hybrid)

The Job on Offer

Our functi onal consultants collaborate with clients and developers to identi fy, explain, design and implement the rightsoluti ons and processes for our clients. Working as subject matt er experts and trusted advisors in everything Microsoft Dynamics 365 related, our functional Consultants can advise clients in business terms about how to transform their businessin line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are able to translate it into the technical requirements for ourDynamics 365 developers working to implement the soluti on.

Your Role

You will work in a culture that delivers some of the biggest and most exciti ng IT programmes globally all built on a MSplatf orm. You'll be working with multi ple teams of specialists covering the full MS stack. Our clients are moving to an onlinemodel, and this will give you the opportunity to on work on assignments the market is sti ll catching up to. With our clientsbased across the UK you'll never have a dull moment or FI nd yourself short of challenges!

Your Profile

Manage and advise the requirements gathering process by meeti ng with stakeholders to defi ne the business and functional requirements and system goals and bring these in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Reengineering business processes/Business Process Management and advise on enhancements based on bestpracti ce and Dynamics 365 knowledge.
Aid clients in developing CRM and ERP strategies and blueprints with focus on the use of Dynamics 365.
Developing performance metrics, measures, benefi ts and KPI monitoring.
Managing business change within our clients - Workforce Engagement, Change Impact Assessment & ChangeReadiness, Training Plans.
Exposure to a variety of industries eg Retail, Uti liti es, Health, Transport, Public Sector

What you'll bring

Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)- Out-of-the-box functi onality and limits.
An understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and be able to leverage it to create powerful soluti ons (PowerApps,Power BI, Common Data Services, Azure, Offi ce 365) and working in fast paced Agile environments.
A desire to conti nually develop your knowledge of new functi onality in the Microsoft platf orms, keeping on top ofroadmaps, studying for certi FI cati ons and being ahead of the curve in regards to what the future holds.
You have an ability to clearly arti culate and present your ideas and soluti ons in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You can successfully translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience.
Demonstrable skills in facilitati ng workshops, gathering and documenti ng requirements, translati ng requirements intobusiness processes, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentati on and coaching.
