Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of motivated Project Controllers to join a growing project controls team within a leading engineering and technology organisation. Working in a collaborative, supportive environment, you'll play a key role in delivering complex programmes while developing your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and plans
- Monitoring project performance, costs, risks and progress
- Supporting baseline management, forecasting and change control
- Producing project reporting and performance analysis
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in project planning or project controls
- Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting and project reporting
- Familiarity with planning tools such as Primavera P6, SAP or similar
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
