- 2 years previous experience in a Service Desk Management/Lead role.
- Strong ITIL experience
- Proven Data Analyst
- Rights to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Pro-active and confident in delivery
- Works well under pressure
- Available to start - MAX. 4 weeks notice period
