Absolute Must Haves*

  • 2 years previous experience in a Service Desk Management/Lead role.
  • Strong ITIL experience
  • Proven Data Analyst
  • Rights to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Pro-active and confident in delivery
  • Works well under pressure
  • Available to start - MAX. 4 weeks notice period
