Our client, an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a dynamic, motivational leader and proven work winner to play a key role in the growth and success of their Cambridge office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the structural engineering division, successfully delivering building structures projects
- Drive business development, building strong client relationships and securing new work
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team
- Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions
- Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Degree in structural engineering and Chartered status
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong technical expertise in building structures design and delivery
- Demonstrated success in winning work and developing client relationships
- Commercial awareness, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills
- Interest in equity partnership
